HSBC launches HK$40 billion loans scheme with cash rebates to encourage small businesses to hire staff

Small and medium-sized enterprises that apply for a loan under the scheme will receive HK$1,000 for each new member of staff they hire, up to a maximum of 10, during a defined period.
