Project big picture: English Premier League rejects rescue plan for smaller clubs



The English Premier League has rejected a plan to save lower league football clubs from going out of business. Project Big Picture — worth nearly 300 million euros — would have given Premier League sides more decision making power and reduced the league from 20 to 18 teams.
