Hong Kong confirmed 50 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday, while health experts said they would not rule out a delay in the inoculation drive over concern with side effects of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, following reports of deaths in Norway.All but one of the new cases were local infections.
