Hong Kong third wave: elderly Covid-19 patient dies with another 110 cases expected
An elderly man became Hong Kong’s 34th fatality of the coronavirus pandemic on Sunday, as a medical source said the city was expected to record about 110 new cases.The city has confirmed triple-digit daily increases for 11 straight days during a resurging Covid-19 wave.The 94-year-old patient with chronic diseases was admitted to Queen Mary Hospital with a cough and runny nose on July 14, a spokesman said.
