New NSW Covid lockdown restrictions: update to Sydney, regional NSW and Canberra, ACT coronavirus rules explained
Lockdown extended for greater Sydney, including a curfew and exercise limit. Outdoor mask rules mandated for the entire state, more retail closes and a permit system for authorised workers. All of New South Wales will be under stay-at-home restrictions from 5pm Saturday 14 August.
The Greater Sydney lockdown has been extended to at least the end of September.
