Novavax Covid vaccine will be available for use in Australia in February, Greg Hunt says – video
The health minister, Greg Hunt, has announced that the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (Atagi) has recommended the use of the Novavax vaccine. The vaccine will be available in Australia from 21 February. Novavax was already approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, but Australia has a ‘double green light’ approach that requires a separate recommendation for use.
