Australia’s Victoria State Records 723 New Virus Cases

Jul.29 — Daniel Andrews, premier of Australia's Victoria, says the state recorded 723 new Covid-19 cases, a record for the country. He also says mask-wearing would be mandatory across the state, extending the order from just Melbourne, and residents in several regional centers would not be allowed to have visitors in their homes from midnight.
