Fed’s Kaplan Says We Need to Live With the Virus

Aug.03 — Dallas Federal Reserve President Robert Kaplan says mask-wearing is essential and we're going to need to learn how to live with this coronavirus. He sees the U.S. economy contracting  4.5% to 5% this year. He speaks on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
