How Are U.S. Businesses in China Being Affected by the Outbreak?
Apr.22 — Alan Beebe, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, discusses how the coronavirus outbreak is affecting U.S. businesses in the world's second-largest economy. A survey conducted by the AmCham in October showed that the supply chains of 90% of respondents have been affected by the U.S.-China trade dispute, and a survey in March showed companies are focusing on a return to full production capacity in the aftermath the COVID-19 epidemic.
