Aqua Munda prepared to make offer to Hyflux PnP holders

Potential investor Aqua Munda has said it is prepared to make an offer to retail investors of Hyflux. The Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS) said Aqua Munda had reached out to understand the concerns of the investors who hold preference shares and perpetual securities (PnP) in the firm. SIAS has urged Aqua Munda to put forward this offer to the PnP holders quickly as Hyflux's debt moratorium is only until July 30.
