Canadian firm Medicom to set up mask factory in Singapore

Canadian firm Medicom Group has opened a mask production facility in Singapore. Millions of masks produced each month will help ensure frontline workers are well-equipped in the fight against COVID-19. Trade and Industry Minister Chan Chun Sing said Medicom's investment reflects Singapore's commitment to being an open trading hub. While the pandemic has impacted global supply chains, Singapore has not imposed export bans on essential supplies.
