A 50-year-old Singaporean will be charged in court on April 30 for breaching his stay-home notice (SHN) and allegedly leaving his Hougang home twice. Ong Chong Kiat was served a 14-day SHN after returning from Indonesia in March. Three days later, he allegedly took a private-hire vehicle to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority Building to appeal to leave Singapore before completing his notice.
