COVID-19 circuit breaker: Contact tracing solutions being developed for those without smartphones

A part of its strategy to open up safely after the circuit breaker period, Singapore is coming up with new contact tracing solutions for those who do not have smartphones, such as the elderly and young. The Republic is also working to improve its two existing tech solutions –SafeEntry and TraceTogether — used to speed up finding close contacts of those infected.
