COVID-19 circuit breaker: Four condo residents fined S$300 each for flouting safe distancing rules
Four condominium residents have each been fined S$300 for flouting safe distancing measures. They live in four separate condos along Irrawaddy Road, Sims Drive, Flora Road and Amber Road. One was caught using the swimming pool, and another had let her children play by the pool. A resident was found not wearing a mask at the main entrance. In the remaining case, a resident was found using the gym, and the condo's management has been fined S$1,000 for failing to close all common facilities. Authorities said they have conducted checks on more than 230 strata-titled residential developments since the circuit breaker kicked in.
