COVID-19 circuit breaker: Nearly 30 more shelters offer to house homeless

Almost 30 additional premises have offered to house the homeless during the COVID-19 pandemic. Together with the existing shelters, they will be able to keep 700 people off the streets. The Social and Family Development Ministry said they work with the premises to make sure beds are spaced at least two metres apart, and mealtimes are staggered. One non-profit organisation said sustainability is key in order to effectively help the needy.
