COVID-19: Employers, dormitory operators urged to address foreign workers’ concerns with MOM

Employers and dormitory operators are encouraged to check with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to address concerns raised by foreign workers. This will help reduce the time taken for officers to investigate matters and not cause false alarm if they are shared on social media. Minister of State for Manpower Zaqy Mohamad said MOM has received feedback on concerns over the quality of food catered. He said the inter-agency taskforce has been working closely with caterers, employers and NGOs to ensure workers receive proper and timely nutrition.
