COVID-19 hindering fire prevention, law enforcement efforts in Indonesia: Report



According to the latest haze outlook report by the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIAS), the risk of severe transboundary haze in 2020 is moderate and the dry season is expected to be milder than 2019. However, the disruption caused by COVID-19 is having a negative impact on the implementation and enforcement of fire prevention initiatives in Indonesia.
