COVID-19: Maritime and Port Authority to provide S$27 million in aid for shipping firms, seafarers

The Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) will provide a $27-million support package to companies, individuals and Singaporean seafarers in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. This funding is on top of measures for the industry introduced in the three national Budgets, and will take effect from May 1.
