COVID-19: Two Singaporeans, US citizen to be charged after breaching stay-home notices



Two Singaporeans and a US citizen who have breached their Stay-Home Notices will be charged in court on April 21. According to the ICA, Chong Chun Wah, 48, left his home at Bukit Batok on three separate occasions to buy food and check his mail. The other Singaporean, Siti Wan Su'Aidah, 25, left her Woodlands home and walked to Vista Point to buy groceries. The US citizen is Brian Dugan Yeargan, a 44-year-old commercial pilot. He left Crowne Plaza Changi Airport and took a train to City Hall, before walking to Chinatown Point. The trio could each be fined up to $10,000 and/or imprisoned for up to six months for each offence.
