COVID-19 update, April 21: Singapore confirms 1,111 new cases, taking total to 9,125



Singapore confirmed 1,111 new cases of COVID-19 infections on April 21, taking the total tally past the 9,000 mark. The Health Ministry said work permit holders living in foreign worker dormitories made up the vast majority of the new cases. Of the new cases, 20 are Singaporeans or permanent residents.
