Developers get 6-month extensions for completing, selling projects

Property developers and some home buyers in Singapore will receive temporary relief to tide them over amid COVID-19 disruptions. Authorities are giving developers six more months to complete projects. They will be given more time to finish selling all residential units. Buyers will also get the same extension to sell their first residential property, to avoid stamp duties for their second purchase.
