GE2020: NCMP scheme to entice Singaporeans not to vote for opposition, says PSP’s Tan Cheng Bock

“While there’s merit in the NCMP scheme, I see (it) as asking Singaporeans not to vote a proper MP in … It is trying to entice you all not to vote for the opposition,” said Progress Singapore Party chief Tan Cheng Bock, who’s leading a team to contest in West Coast GRC for #GE2020. He spoke to reporters during a visit to a market in Ang Mo Kio on Thursday (Jul 2). He also says he will not take up a Non-Constituency Member of Parliament seat if offered.
