Government Land Sales 2H2020: Private housing supply cut from confirmed list sites

To account for the global COVID-19 situation, the supply of private residential housing from confirmed sites will be cut under the Government Land Sales programme for 2H2020. Three private residential sites are on the confirmed list, including one Executive Condominium site. They are estimated to yield over 1,300 units, and will be launched in Q4. The Ministry of National Development said it is not introducing any sites to be used mainly for commercial or hotels.
