HSR project: Singapore reserves right to compensation in event of further delay, says MOT

Singapore has said it reserves the right to compensation if the High-Speed Rail project with Kuala Lumpur does not resume by the end of 2020. The Transport Ministry said the Republic is entitled to claim the actual cost incurred from the start of June to the end of December, should there be a further delay.
