Jobs for people with disabilities should be planned at the national level: President Halimah

President Halimah Yacob has called for job creation for people with disabilities to be done at the national level, instead of going through welfare and social service agencies. She hopes it is an area that the National Jobs Council can review. The president said people with disabilities will benefit if they are included in mainstream job creation and job placement efforts, instead of being treated separately.
