MPA approves more than 4,000 crew change cases for shipping companies

More seafarers have been able to leave their ships for home this week, after having been stranded due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore said it has approved more than 4,000 cases of crew change for more than 300 shipping companies since Mar 27.
