Phase two reopening: Nursing home residents allowed to have one visitor a day
Residents at nursing homes can start receiving visitors again from June 19. To minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection among this vulnerable group, each resident will only be allowed two designated visitors and only one may visit each day, with each visit limited to 30 minutes. The total number of visitors allowed each day in a home will also be capped through appointments. Services at most senior care centres and active ageing hubs will also resume from June 29.
