Six who gathered at Robertson Quay during circuit breaker have work passes revoked
Six people who gathered and drank alcohol at Robertson Quay during the COVID-19 circuit breaker have had their work passes revoked. Four Britons — Neil Gordon Buchan, Perry Scott Blair, James Titus Beatt and Joseph William Poynter — were fined $9,000 each for going on a pub crawl on May 16. On the same day, American Bao Nguyen Brown and her husband Jeffrey George Brown offered beer to Austrian Michael Czerny. They were each fined $8,000. All are permanently banned from working in Singapore. The Manpower Ministry said they are among 140 people whose work passes were revoked for breaching circuit breaker measures, stay-home notices or quarantine orders.
