S’pore must seize opportunities amid COVID-19 to build more resilient workforce: Tripartite partners

As part of the tripartite partners' May Day message, the Labour Movement said Singapore should make use of the opportunity during the COVID-19 pandemic to build a more resilient workforce. This year's message has been put together by the NTUC, the Manpower Ministry and Singapore National Employers Federation. Employers are urged to transform their businesses and upgrade workers' capabilities to minimise the impact of the pandemic, while preparing for the rebound.
