Woman fined S$22,000 for providing massage, sexual services in her salon during circuit breaker



A woman who let a customer into her salon for massage and sexual services during the COVID-19 circuit breaker has been fined S$22,000. It's the first prosecution under COVID-19 regulations that non-essential businesses must shut during the period. 55-year-old Singaporean Jin Yin, who owned In-Style Beauty Salon at Upper Cross Street, pleaded guilty to two charges.
