Home-based food and beverage businesses are not allowed during Singapore’s circuit-breaker period, as Singapore looks to bring down the number of community cases “decisively”, said National Development Minister Lawrence Wong during a news conference on Monday (Apr 27). He added that the measures will be reviewed and some restrictions may be relaxed in future.
