Romania quarantine law: New decree gives powers to quarantine and isolate patients

In Romania, a new decree is giving authorities the power to quarantine and isolate coronavirus patients — with or without their consent. From now on, all people who test positive for the virus will be hospitalised for at least 48 hours.
