Reconnecting New Zealand: update 3 February

On 3 February, the New Zealand Government announced the next steps for reopening New Zealand’s border/reconnecting New Zealanders to the world.

Fully vaccinated New Zealanders will find it easier to come home from February 2022, as the Government removes the requirement for managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) for most travellers, and moves to a self-isolation requirement.
